Our developers have been busy over the last few weeks and have implemented many new features in altares-GuestManager.
These include, among others:
Waiting list function for events
A waiting list can now be set up for events and corresponding text placeholders can be used both in the registration process and in the e-mails.
Appointment assignment by inviting persons
For events with several waves, inviting persons can now be given permissions for specific dates. In the host portal, this allows inviting parties (e.g., superiors) to assign appointments to assigned guests.
Extended dependencies for text placeholders
Individual text placeholders in the portal or in e-mails can now be set depending on guest groups, categories, travel dates, hotel or attributes. This gives you even more flexibility in designing your portals.
Personalized PDF documents can be freely placed in the portal
Individual and personalized PDF documents (tickets, hotel and travel confirmations, participation confirmations etc.) can now be flexibly linked anywhere in the portal.
Program item import
If you want to set up events with a lot of program points, these can now be imported via altares Support. The manual input is no longer necessary.
2-factor Authentication
From now on, 2-factor authentication is available in both the backend and the host portal. As an additional factor, either Authenticator apps such as Authy, Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator can be used - or SMS authentication codes can be used.
