CLAAS trust altares-ExpoConnect

After a four-year break, Agritechnica took place again this year in Hanover. altares ExpoConnect was once again used as a trade fair information system for organising employees and stand personnel. In addition to the registration pages for employees and stand personnel in the run-up to the trade fair, our ExpoConnect was primarily used on site.

 

Info counter system

Four information counters, distributed across the almost 6,000 square metre stand and equipped with the information and call system, provide constantly updated information on which stand staff are currently available to advise on which product and in which language.

 

Staff check-in

Four self-service systems distributed around the stand enabled Claas visitors to check in and out using their RFID name badges. This not only recorded attendance times, but also provided the basis for the availability of consultants at the information counter.

 

Locker system for employees

New this year was the digital issue of locker keys and iPads for the consultants - with logging.

 

Room booking for meeting rooms

Our room booking system was available in the run-up to the trade fair and on site. All available meeting rooms on the stand and several reserved tables in the catering area were managed and booked via this system - including catering orders. The two business centres were primarily used for this purpose.

 

But our ExpoConnect can do even more: digital signage, electronic door openers with RFID and, above all, our lead management round off the service portfolio for trade fairs. Our trade fair team app can also make it even easier for employees to check in at the stand.
