Our experienced event team understands itself as your partner in all phases of event planning, implementation and follow-up. We are your contact for all conceptual questions regarding participant management prior to your event and guarantee the smooth implementation of professional guest management on site on the day of the event.

Our service is completely modular: You only book the services you need. We coordinate with the other partners and trades to provide you and your guests  the best service and achieve the best possible results.

Competent support in all phases of your event

Design/conceptual phase

Whether it's a press conference with 30 journalists or a gala event with several thousand guests - we are here to help you with advice and support you in making the right decisions right from the conception phase: from the invitation to the check-in process.

Prep. phase

After defining the processes, we will of course support you in setting up the guest portal in the corporate design of your company or the respective event, carrying out the invitation process, handling feedback, coordinating hotel, travel and transfer requests, and even creating name badges.

Event phase

We are also there for you on site. You will not only receive from us the turnkey technology for access management - from accreditation systems with barcode or RFID scanners, plastic card printers to large screens for guest routing or a WIFI for your guests, and of course all the necessary background technology (network, electricity, etc.) - but also the service on site - from the technician to the hostess.

Follow-up phase

With the right follow-up, your event will leave a lasting impression. With personalised thank-you letters or individually compiled web photo albums you will be remembered. Automated guest surveys help to optimise follow-up events. And for accounting, altares-GuestManager provides the appropriate reports at the touch of a button.
