Contact – contact management and database

The basis is the contact database. It offers everything you need for efficient administration of your press contacts. The whole team works across departments on the same address and contact database, which practically rules out data islands for individual employees. This means that your team can identify the relevant top contacts at any time, independently of the person, and supply them without wasting time – a decisive advantage, especially in crisis situations.
Any number of properties (e.g. business journalist, layout designer, local editor, location A) or distributors can be assigned to each contact.
Comprehensive search and research functions ensure that you can quickly find the right people, even with large amounts of data.
Distribute – press distribution list and mailing management
The module Distribute combines an intuitive tool for intelligent information distribution with a powerful distribution and dispatch management system. You only have to start the transmission once and Distribute takes care of the rest. It selects the desired language version and the preferred transmission route and personalises the transmission for each addressee. At the moment of transmission, the information about the transmission is stored in the contact history of each recipient. This ensures that knowledge remains within the company and is accessible at all times.
You can choose between static and dynamic distributors. In contrast to the fixed grouping of addresses in a static distributor, you can also assign certain properties to a dynamic distributor. The system then automatically selects all suitable entries from the address database and manages them from now on as a distributor. As soon as a new contact matches these properties, it is suggested to you for inclusion in the distributor.
