MeetingBooker

By offering a configurable form on your website you can now connect your reps with leads instantly. Our solution is based on a HTML5-app which does not need to be installed and is usable cross-platform and cross-device.

 

Attendees can choose between your tracks/topics, choose an available timeslot enter some personal data (e.g. name, company and e-mail address) and book the meeting.

 

If the attendee has provided his e-mail address, he will not only see his booking in the app but also receive a confirmation e-mail containing the details of the booked appointment.

 

Should the attendee which to cancel one of his booked meetings, he can do so from his personal booking overview.

 

For your representatives we offer a special calendar view showing all upcoming appointments with management functionalities.

 

For attendees walking by, available timeslots
are displayed on the large screen together with  information on how to book an appointent.
