Centralised employee platform

Offer your employees an intuitive registration platform for your trade fair and keep them up-to-date at all times via the microsite. Let the stand team enter their planned attendance/absence and their own hotel room requirements independently and minimise the workload for the organisation team at the same time.

Central touchpoint with your trade fair guests on site

All information comes together at the Infocounter. You can check the absence of specific employees at any time, search for an employee for a specific topic and contact them directly. Search criteria include language, topics, regions and, of course, current attendance.

Room bookings and catering

Our booking system can be used to manage meeting rooms in the run-up to and during the trade fair. Interfaces to room displays and wayfinding displays enable the dynamic display of information.

Orders can be placed at any time using the catering functions and issued to the corresponding receipt printers. The orders are logged in the background to enable further invoicing to cost centres.

Experience manager for your trade fair highlights

The Experience Manager is an administration and booking tool for experiences such as a test drive or product hands-on. Fixed time slots can be used to book available places and check in guests on site.
