Your event on the internet. Virtual, effective, quick and easy to implement.
Virtual events are becoming more and more important, whether they are purely virtual or hybrid events. altares' virtual event platform is a toolbox that can be used to ideally map your event on the internet. It offers a wide range of modules for different types of events – from training events to virtual general meetings.
Reliable, stable and scalable.
For virtual meetings, the number of participants can easily reach 5 or even 6 digits. Scalability is therefore one of the most important success factors, which we can provide through the modular and distributed structure of our solution. The participant portal, including most of the interaction modules, is delivered in a distributed manner via satellite servers and scaled to the expected number of participants.
Use interactive features to engage your guests.
Legally compliant votes
Our voting system offers legally secure and simple voting. Our voting server runs in the background, where the voting items are imported/activated and the evaluations are carried out later.
The actual voting takes place asynchronously in the participant portal module with intermediate storage. This means that as soon as the question has been activated by the voting manager, it appears in the voting module for the guest. The vote is stored locally on the user's device and transferred to the voting server asynchronously. This helps to absorb peaks in voting and ensures that all votes can be recorded.
Different voting rights of participants can be displayed and authorisation of other voters is possible via a token system.
Q&A-Tool
Participants can contact you using our built-in question and answer function. Regardless of whether it is a general question or one specific to the workshop that the guest is currently attending.
The moderation backend offers the possibility to categorise, sort and, of course, answer questions.
Answers can be sent directly to the participant 1:1 or made available to all participants. If the question was asked during a workshop or a live session, the moderator can play the question with the prepared answer directly onto the speaker's display.
