A self-service counter with touch screen and RFID or barcode QR code reader allows your employees to check in and out at the stand at any time. In this way, you not only record attendance times, but also know at the central information counter at any time which employee is currently present at the stand.
Appointments can be managed and rooms or tables booked via our booking system. The system also comes with communication interfaces to e-mail, SMS and our trade fair app, so that reminder messages can be sent automatically.
Large screens can be used to display room occupancy and to route guests.
Catering orders can already be placed when booking rooms or tables. But orders can also be placed ad hoc from the rooms via tablet or our trade show app, which are then output directly to the corresponding receipt printer. Here, a distinction is automatically made between the drinks counter and the kitchen and the respective printer is controlled. Of course, the incoming orders can also be displayed on screens.
In the background, the orders are logged in order to enable a further calculation to cost centers.
All information comes together at the info counter. There you can query the absence of certain employees at any time, search for an employee for a specific topic and also contact them directly. In addition to the name search, language, topics, regions and, of course, current presence are available as search criteria.
With a click, the contact data and attendance times of the employees can be queried, an e-mail, SMS or short message can be sent to the trade fair app or a call can be made directly via click-to-call.
Colleagues in appointments recorded in the room booking system are automatically marked as do-not-disturb. However, it is of course still possible to contact them.
The Experience Manager is a management and booking tool for "experiences" such as a test drive or product hands-on. Available slots can be booked via fixed time slots and guests can be checked in on site.
An interface can be used to control large screens that announce the next starts or "advertise" the free seats.
Leads can be captured directly at the booth via the trade show app or in the BackOffice and scheduled for automatic fulfillment. For this purpose, we implement your trade fair contact sheet in our tool and thus enable a digital recording of the data. In the case of existing contacts, an existing database (e.g. customer data) can be used (depending on technical possibilities).
Fullfillment can be done from the system at defined times. For this purpose, the corresponding exports of the data for lettershops are generated and transmitted or a fulfillment is initiated by e-mail.
